Our family is the reason for everything. We work, we struggle, and we live for our families. But it is sad that our work is also the reason why we spend less time with them. 

OneNetworx's Home-based Employment Program is serious with its advocacy of professionalizing home-based employment in the Philippines. We are continously looking for ways to provide sustainable income to our home-based and freelance associates. We believe that working at home is best way to have more time for ourselves and our love ones.

Through our Home-based Employment Program, we are inviting hard-working and sales-oriented Filipino employees, OFWs, and freelancers to join our sales force so that they can enjoy additional sources of income by giving them access to our income-generating products/services without leaving their current employment or business. It also doesn’t matter if they have minimal or no sales experience because we will provide product and skills training to all our sales representatives for free. 

How to join our family.

Qualifications/requirements:

  1. We are looking for highly motivated sales-oriented individuals who are willing to build a career in sales as one of our home-based Sales Representatives.
  2. Have a strong work ethic, who is honest, and has a strong desire to be successful
  3. Have excellent communication skills. Someone who can speak and write correct Tagalog and English.
  4. Confident and someone who is not afraid to deal with people both online and offline.
  5. Must be willing to learn. Must be willing to attend online and offline trainings (for FREE).
  6. Must have an advance internet and computer skills and must have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  7. Must have a Facebook account (required) and other popular social media accounts.
  8. Must be a High School graduates and above.
  9. With computer and stable internet connection.
  10. With android/smart phone (with working camera)
