As we light candles and offer prayers, we are reminded that our time here is an opportunity to serve God and be instruments of His divine plan. In the journey of life, there are moments that define us, moments that challenge us to the core and force us to choose a path. For me, that moment came on October 11, 2016, a day forever etched in my memory. It was the day my father, my greatest supporter and co-visionary, left this world. His sudden departure was not just a personal loss but a turning point in my life.
Back in 1996, at the tender age of 21, I embarked on a career as an employee. Fresh out of college, my heart was set on building my own business. My father was my biggest cheerleader, urging me to pursue my dreams. Yet, without the knowledge or support system to establish a business, it remained a distant wish. I found comfort in the stability of employment, but with the push from my father - together , we started OneNetworx from our humble garage.

Despite the small beginnings, fear held me back from committing fully to the business. The thought of failure loomed large, especially considering the challenges of starting and maintaining a business in the Philippines. As OneNetworx entered its fifth year, growth was slow, and I contemplated closing the company to focus on my executive job. It seemed like the practical choice, a path that I will follow until retirement age.
But then, life threw me a curveball. My father's sudden passing left me at a crossroads. The easy choice was to close OneNetworx, to give up on the dreams we had built together. Yet, deep down, a part of me burned with the passion to continue our vision. It was a time of inner conflict, where realism clashed with dreams.

In those moments of uncertainty, I turned to prayer. I surrendered my fears, doubts, and ambitions to the Lord. I realized that relying solely on my understanding was limiting. Instead, I chose to trust in His greater plan. I let go of control and allowed Him to lead the way.
And you know what happened? The rest, as they say, is history. By surrendering everything to the Lord, I discovered a profound truth: His ways are always what's best for us. As our Creator, He has the power to transform our lives and lead us to a life beyond our wildest dreams. All we need to do is trust Him. Today, OneNetworx stands as a testament to faith and perseverance. It's a thriving company that not only fulfills my dreams but also serves as a beacon of hope for others. Through the ups and downs, I learned that when we let go and let God, miracles happen. So, if you find yourself at a crossroads, unsure of which path to take, remember this: surrender your fears, trust in His plan, and let Him guide you. For in His hands, our lives become the masterpiece they were always meant to be. 
 In our everyday lives, we often place our trust in the hands of those we do not know personally. Whether it's the pilot of an airplane, the captain of a ship, or the driver of a bus, we rely on these individuals to guide us safely to our destinations. We trust them implicitly, despite being strangers, because we believe in their expertise and commitment to our safety. This same level of trust can be applied to our faith in God, who, like these skilled navigators, steers our lives towards a higher purpose. At OneNetworx, my journey as CEO has been a testament to this faith. Much like the passengers who trust their journey to the pilot or captain, I have placed my trust in God to guide the company in the right direction. Since its humble beginnings in a small office-garage, we have faced numerous challenges, including the loss of a co-founder and the global pandemic. Yet, through it all, I have believed that God has a plan for us, steering us towards growth and success. Onenetworx's continuous achievements particularly in our sales efforts is a milestone that reflects not only our hard work and dedication but also the trust I've placed in divine guidance. As the company continues to expand its horizons into life insurance, HMOs, and property development, I am reminded that, like the passengers trusting their journey to a skilled pilot, I must trust God's plan for our company. This faith has been instrumental in shaping the unique approach in running the company. The company's commitment to home-based employment, innovative recruitment, and training programs, and our expansion into the field of property development and real estate, are all part of a vision that I believe is guided by a higher power. Just as a captain navigates through turbulent seas, I trust that God will lead OneNetworx through any challenges, steering me and my team towards a future filled with promise and opportunity. Placing our trust in God, much like we do with the pilots and captains of our journeys, can bring us peace and assurance. As Onenetworx continue to grow and evolve, I am confident that our faith will guide us to new heights, ensuring that Onenetworx remains a beacon of success and innovation. |
