When you put God at the center of your business, you invite clarity, peace, and purpose into your work. God at the Core of Business Decisions. Putting God first doesn’t just change how you feel—it changes how you act. It transforms the way you make decisions and how you deal with clients, employees, and partners. When you see your business as an instrument for serving God, every transaction becomes an opportunity to serve, to be fair, and to show integrity. There will be times when you’re tested—when partners betray you, when clients are unreasonable, or when employees disappoint. I’ve been there. I once faced a betrayal from a business partner, a non-life insurance company, that nearly destroyed everything I had built. The anger and pain were real. Legally, I knew I had every right to fight back—and I could have won. But instead of letting revenge rule my heart, I chose to lift it all up to God. I trusted that He would take care of the situation, and that justice, in His time, would prevail. Serving Others Through Business. When you surrender your business to God, you begin to see it as more than a source of income. It becomes your instrument to serve others—to provide jobs, to help clients, to create value in your community. Your business becomes your ministry, and every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact. Remembering Our True Purpose. At the end of the day, we are all just temporary players in this world. Our businesses, no matter how successful, are not ends in themselves. They are tools—opportunities to serve others and to serve God. When we remember this, we find deeper meaning in our work, greater resilience in tough times, and true joy in every little victory. Let your business be your way of serving God. In the journey of life, there are moments that define us, moments that challenge us to the core and force us to choose a path. For me, that moment came on October 11, 2016, a day forever etched in my memory. It was the day my father, my greatest supporter and co-visionary, left this world. His sudden departure was not just a personal loss but a turning point in my life.
Back in 1996, at the tender age of 21, I embarked on a career as an employee. Fresh out of college, my heart was set on building my own business. My father was my biggest cheerleader, urging me to pursue my dreams. Yet, without the knowledge or support system to establish a business, it remained a distant wish. I found comfort in the stability of employment, but with the push from my father - together , we started OneNetworx from our humble garage.

Despite the small beginnings, fear held me back from committing fully to the business. The thought of failure loomed large, especially considering the challenges of starting and maintaining a business in the Philippines. As OneNetworx entered its fifth year, growth was slow, and I contemplated closing the company to focus on my executive job. It seemed like the practical choice, a path that I will follow until retirement age.
But then, life threw me a curveball. My father's sudden passing left me at a crossroads. The easy choice was to close OneNetworx, to give up on the dreams we had built together. Yet, deep down, a part of me burned with the passion to continue our vision. It was a time of inner conflict, where realism clashed with dreams.

In those moments of uncertainty, I turned to prayer. I surrendered my fears, doubts, and ambitions to the Lord. I realized that relying solely on my understanding was limiting. Instead, I chose to trust in His greater plan. I let go of control and allowed Him to lead the way.
And you know what happened? The rest, as they say, is history. By surrendering everything to the Lord, I discovered a profound truth: His ways are always what's best for us. As our Creator, He has the power to transform our lives and lead us to a life beyond our wildest dreams. All we need to do is trust Him. Today, OneNetworx stands as a testament to faith and perseverance. It's a thriving company that not only fulfills my dreams but also serves as a beacon of hope for others. Through the ups and downs, I learned that when we let go and let God, miracles happen. So, if you find yourself at a crossroads, unsure of which path to take, remember this: surrender your fears, trust in His plan, and let Him guide you. For in His hands, our lives become the masterpiece they were always meant to be.

Through surrender, we find the courage to let go of our fears and embrace the unknown with faith. In our busy life, we often overlook the silent sacrifices our parents make to provide us with a stable home and a nurturing environment. It's easy to take for granted the food on our table and the roof over our heads, forgetting the countless hours and relentless dedication that go into making these comforts possible.
Our parents are the unsung heroes of our lives, working tirelessly to ensure our well-being. They put aside their dreams and desires, prioritizing our happiness and success above all else. Yet, in the whirlwind of growing up and chasing our ambitions, we may fail to express our gratitude until it’s too late. Reflecting on my own journey, I am grateful for the time I spent with my parents during their final years. Those moments are cherished memories, but I often find myself wishing they were still here to share in the triumphs and trials of OneNetworx. Their absence is a poignant reminder of the void left by their departure, a reminder that they will not witness the future successes of the company they supported so fervently. This reflection is not just a personal lament but a call to action for the younger generation. Let us honor our parents while they are still with us. The Power of Trust Trusting in God provides a foundation of strength and assurance that is essential for navigating the uncertainties of entrepreneurship. This trust is not about relinquishing control but about recognizing that there is a greater plan at work. By placing my faith in God, I have found peace in knowing that I am guided and supported, even in the face of challenges. Letting Go of Fear Fear is a natural human emotion, but it can be paralyzing if left unchecked. It can prevent entrepreneurs like myself from taking risks, exploring new opportunities, and ultimately realizing their full potential. This verse encourages me and other entrepreneurs to release our fears and trust in God's promise of support and guidance. It encourages entrepreneurs to hold steadfast in their faith, knowing that they are not alone in their journey. Embracing Faith in Business Incorporating faith into business practices can manifest in various ways. It might mean starting each day with a moment of prayer or reflection, seeking guidance in decision-making, or simply trusting that every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Faith can inspire ethical business practices, foster a positive company culture, and encourage leaders to act with integrity and compassion. Moreover, faith can provide the strength needed to persevere through the darkest times. It reminds entrepreneurs that while they may not have control over every aspect of their journey, they can trust in a higher power to guide their steps and provide for their needs. The life of an entrepreneur is a testament to the power of resilience, innovation, and faith. By putting faith in God, entrepreneurs can find the courage to face their fears, the wisdom to make sound decisions, and the peace to embrace uncertainty.
